Pregnancy is a wild, wonderful ride – equal parts magical, exhausting, and filled with snacks. And while the days might feel long, this season of your life will be over before you know it. A maternity photoshoot is your chance to pause, take a breath, and honour everything your amazing body is doing.

I’m Miranda, a specialist maternity photographer covering Milton Keynes, Northampton, and the surrounding areas. I create calm, confidence-boosting sessions that help you feel relaxed and beautiful, whether this is baby number one or number four. You don’t need to know how to pose or feel super glamorous (but if you do – amazing!). I’ll guide you gently every step of the way.

HOW IT WORKS

Consultation

Once you have decided I am the maternity photographer for you, we will schedule a time to chat to discuss any ideas you may have for your photoshoot and what you want from the experience. This can be done via email if you’d prefer. The session fee is required to secure your session and you will be sent an online form to fill in with all contact details and a contract to have a quick read through and sign.

The Session

You can choose from a Maternity Mini Session or a Bespoke Materntiy Session. Your photoshoot will take place in our Towcester studio (which has an amazing outdoor space if you would like this too). Sessions can be on your own, with your partner and can include your other children. 

Materntiy Mini Session

Session are 45 mintues long and include 2 outfit changes and backgrounds. I have a wardrobe of maternity dresses and fabrics for you to choose from, or you can bring your own. Mini sessions take place in our Towcester based studio.

Bespoke Session

Bespoke Sessions are up to 2 hours long and include multiple outfit changes and backgrounds. I have a wardrobe of maternity dresses  and fabrics for you to choose from, or you can bring your own. Your sessions can take place in the studio or a location of your choice.

Viewing and Ordering Session

Approximately 1 to 2 weeks after your maternity photoshoot, we will arrange for you to come back to the studio to see a beautiful slideshow of your photographs. This is your opportunity to select your favourite photographs and choose how you would like them to be displayed. There is no pressure or hard sell, you simply buy what you love.
